Our office accepts Visa and Mastercard, check, and cash payment at the time of service. Our office manager can discuss financial arrangements with you at your convenience.
We accept most forms of dental insurance and are a member of Delta Dental. We also process all paperwork at no cost to you.
Dental Savings Plan
We understand that going to the dentist without insurance can add up. This is why why introduced our Dental Savings Plan for patients who do not have any dental insurance. With savings of over 40% on annual preventative care and 15% on any other dental work, the Dental Savings Plan can help you complete the care necessary to maintain a healthy mouth and smile. If you do not have any dental insurance, please ask about our Dental Savings Plan when you call or at your next visit!
We also offer a plan called CareCredit®. CareCredit® is ideal for payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance. Ask our receptionist or Office Manager for details and a CareCredit® application today!
Notice To Our Patients
Few insurance plans cover all dental expenses. Some companies pay a fixed allowance for certain procedures and other companies pay a percentage of the charge.
It is the patient’s responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by their insurance company.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
